Orders

Vehicle Fitment
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their vehicle before installation.
We strongly recommend test-fitting wheels before mounting tires. Once products have been mounted, modified, or installed, they may no longer be eligible for return.
Limitation of Liability
TireGuys is not responsible for:
- Installation or labor costs.
- Vehicle damage caused by improper installation.
- Losses resulting from misuse or improper fitment.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Warranty
Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. TireGuys does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within2–3 business daysafter payment confirmation.
Custom orders, special-order products, or items requiring additional inspection may require additional processing time.
Shipping Charges

Refunds

Restocking Fee

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been:

- Prepared for shipment
- Mounted or assembled
- Shipped
it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Special-order and custom products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.
Payment & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, TireGuys verifies billing information and shipping addresses before processing orders.
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed, cancelled, or require additional verification.
Payments are securely processed at the time an order is placed.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Warranty Policy

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for shipping warranty items to TireGuys for inspection unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for confirming:
- Wheel compatibility
- Tire size
- Offset
- Brake clearance
- Suspension compatibility
Always test-fit wheels before mounting tires.
Mounted products cannot be returned solely due to fitment issues.
